Your 50-Year Warranty
Every leather piece is built for you to break in for the next guy. We believe in our craftsmanship, materials and designs so strongly that we warranty them against defects in faulty materials and poor workmanship for 50 years. If it’s our fault that it broke because we didn’t put it together well or we used defective materials that didn’t hold up like they were supposed to, then we’ll fix it or replace and send it back on our dime. But If you’re out having a good time and you jack up your bag, then give us a call and we’ll see if we can help for free or for a small charge.

While each piece is designed to last a couple of lifetimes, even rocks wear away. So, if something does wear away like the thread in a spot that gets rubbed all day long or the leather where your cork screw wore through after ten years of carrying it to the Renaissance Faire and opening multitudes of bottles of mead, get ahold of us and we’ll try to fix it for you or help you as much as possible for free or for a small charge. We want to make sure you’re happy, but normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Sword holes and arrow punctures are also not covered but will work with you on repairs.

But before you’re dead, leave it in your will to have one of your descendants contact us or one of my descendants and we’ll take care of you.
